1. League fees are due. Teams need to pay up or they will not be included on the schedule.
2. Schedule ö Once we know who is going to be in the league, a preliminary schedule will be made. Blackout dates must be submitted to Jerry Zanelli, if they havenât already, ASAP.
3. March 1^st is the deadline for new teams. After then, teams will only be allowed in provisionally.
4. USYS Convention in Boston February 15, 2004. Joe will attend to try to gain some interest/teams.
5. The WPSL will not have a booth at the CYSA Convention.
6. Jim Kelly motions and Richard Cross seconds that the league provide Christina Kenney with a cellular phone and flat rate service. Motion carries.
7. The league has decided it is worthwhile to continue conversations with SCORE about sponsorship.
8. Colette Hanlon will send out information about cafepress.com, an online merchandising service, to everyone via email. We will discuss whether or not to use this service at the next meeting.
