A.
Financial
Report given by C. Hanlon. Teams with questions regarding their invoice should
contact their regional commissioner, who will in-turn set-up a meeting with the
league Treasurer, D. Cross.
B.
South
West, Mid West, North West update:
a.
South
West and Mid West teams have until April 2nd to commit to the
league.
b.
Teams
that will be committing to the 2005 season:
ii.
Mid
West ö FC Indiana and five other teams.
c.
Five
teams are still considering committing to the 2005 season.
d.
Four
teams will commit for the 2006 season.
e.
Two
teams are interested in joining the North West Division next season.
C.
Uniform
Suppliers ö JAKO still interested. San Diego, Utah and Storm are sponsored by
SCORE. Anyone with any sponsorship details is asked to email the details to C.
Hanlon and she will forward the information to all the representatives.
D.
Referee
Coordinator Fee ö D. Simmons suggests that the league pay the coordinator at
the end of the season using the pay sheet C. Hanlon developed last season. G.
Hobbs motions and L. Snyder seconds that the league invoices each team $5 per
home game. Motion carries unanimously.
E.
Reminder
that the home team will be responsible for paying the referees after the game.
Referees will need to fill out both the front and back page of the Game Report
before they are paid. Referee payments are the following:
a.
East
Division ö $200/game - center referee (1) $75, assistant referee (2) $50, 4th
official (1) $25.
b.
West
Division - $175/game - center referee (1) $65, assistant referee (2) $45, 4th
official (1) $20.
c.
Mid
West/South West ö TBD
F.
Attendance
at USSF AGM (March 10 ö March 13, 2005) ö J. Zanelli and J. Ferrara will
attend. A representative from the Mid-West is needed. L. Snyder motions and G.
Hobbs seconds that C. Hanlon also go to the AGM if needed. Motion carries
unanimously.
IV.
ADJOURNMENT
Meeting adjourned at 6:55 PM PST. The eastern
representatives continued with their regional meeting.
The next monthly conference call is scheduled for
March 23, 2005.
