Also, teams need to begin registering their players, if they haven't already.
  • ACTION ITEM: Pay the $260 team registration fee.

5. East Coast Division - The East Coast teams that have officially committed to the WPSL are the Rhode Island Rays, Western Massachusetts Mutiny and Maryland Pride. The New York Vendaval are expected to commit as well.
6. WUSA Relationship - WUSA is willing to affiliate WPSL teams as long as there are no college players on the roster. After checking with WUSA, the player association said there can be no formal relationship with their players and amateur teams, unless the players are not being paid and register as professionals playing as amateurs.
7. SCORE uniforms - Order forms need to be turned into Colette Hanlon ASAP in order to get orders fulfilled before the season begins.

Meeting adjourned. Next meeting scheduled for April 9th at 7:00 PM PST as a conference call.
Minutes respectfully submitted.
