1.A $5000 bond will be required for new teams coming in. No teams objected to this.

2.Suspended team's players are placed as inactive (reserve) and will be available to play on other WPSL teams until the final disposition of the suspension is determined. After the hearing, the players will then be released.

3.Provisional teams will be allowed to attend conference calls, but may not participate unless it directly affects their team. They may not participate in league playoffs.

4.A new location for the WPSL Headquarters needs to be determined. Agreed that it would be best to find a place in San Francisco. San Diego has offered to be an alternate.

5.The league will use Tagline as our 800 number and conference call service provider. The cost is $60/month for 800 minutes, 5 cents per additional minute and 9 cents per minute per leg for conference calls.

6.A better policy needs to be developed for dealing with weather problems. A committee consisting of Jack Wetherson (committee chair), Joe Ferrara, James Kelly and Scott Dedycker, has been formed to find a resolution.
*After the conference call Dick Cross pointed out the need forteams to find a local all-purpose field.

7.By unanimous vote, Mark DeBenedetti of the Sonoran Thunder will not be reimbursed for Houston's hotel costs.

8.By unanimous vote, Denver will be allowed to have 2 rosters for the Houston & East Bay game on Saturday, May 31st.

9.Internet Radio will have a ½ hour show about the WPSL every week. Guests will be alternated between Jerry Zanelli, Joe Ferrara, Jack Wetherson and Dick Cross.

10. A meeting with USASA needs to be set up to discuss creating a system similar to the Y-League, so that we no longer are required to fill out Youth to Adult Provisional forms.

Adjournment
Meeting adjourned at 7:59 PM. Next meeting scheduled for June 11th at 7:00 PM PDT, 10:00 PM EDT as a conference call.
