The first thing you should do, if you haven't already, is read the Letter from the Commissioner and download the league information and forms that includes the Directory, Business Plan, Constitution & By-Laws, Laws, Minimum Standards, Registration information, budgets, etc..

The second thing you must do is fill-out and sign the New Team Agreement Form and send the form along with the $2500 entry fee and $2000 annual fee to the League at 3145 Geary Boulevard #738, San Francisco, CA 94118-3316.

New teams are also required to post a $5000 bond, letter of credit or cash deposit for the first year.

The third thing you must do is fill out the Team Information Form and email the team logo (in high resolution .jpg format) to info@wpsl.info
