About the Team: About the Coaching: Paul Dougherty has a very busy and full biography. He played professional soccer for 19 years including the English Premier League, Major League Soccer, Major Indoor Soccer League, and Continental Indoor Soccer League, where he was the M.V.P. The former San Diego Sockers standout was for three seasons a coach with the Nomads where he won numerous tournaments with the Boys U15 including 2 Surf Cups, State Cup, Regional and U.S. Club soccer National Champions. Holds an USSF "A" license. Goals and Philosophy: - Make the game enjoyable for the players

Andy Hargreaves came up through the Blackburn Rovers Youth Program in England and played for Lancashire Schools FC. He graduated from Pt. Loma Nazarene University where he was a player for the 4 years he was there. Andy holds a USSF D license. Currently, Hargreaves coaches with the Rancho Santa Fe Attack youth club, after 8 seasons with the Del Mar Sharks. He has been the Varsity Coach at Torrey Pines High School for the last 11 years.
