About the Team: Bay State Select is happy to be back in the WPSL for the 2009 season. We believe that the drive and determination of our team coupled with first class coaching will lead us to success and will truly be the team to watch as the season progresses. We have recruited top talent from Division 1 schools on the East coast who represent an amazing talent base. Game Day tickets are available at the gate. Adults $5 Children $2 About the Coaching: Jim Leaverton joins Bay State as Head Coach for the 2009 season. Jim brings a wealth of soccer credentials as well as notoriety in the soccer world on the South Shore of Boston. He is well known as the Co-Founder of the Nova Soccer Club. Jim holds a NSCAA National Diploma (with distinction) in addition to an array of experience at the State and Regional Championship levels. Jim went to Baker University. Danny Lima returns for his third season to Bay State as Jim's Co Head Coach and fitness trainer. As well as coaching the Bay State Womens team, Danny will head up the South Shore Select U19 in a bid for the State Championship. Danny attended Salem State College and currently is a Director at Kickit USA, a soccer travel and education company. Salem State College
