Dear players, admirers and sponsors,
One more exciting season is coming up for the South Florida Strikers and we want to welcome you, the returning players, and the new ones as well. We are extremely excited about it and look forward to having you all together in the field to enjoy the game we love so much and cannot live without.
Our practices are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM at McMillan Park [6125 SW 133 Avenue, Miami, FL ] Kendall.

About the Team: We are a South Florida area member of the Women's Premier Soccer League since 2010 committed to bringing class women's soccer to the region, increasing the visibility of the sport of soccer and providing quality family amusement to our supporters. Our roster is comprised of high school, graduate and post graduate college players that want to excel in their athletic career and play at a higher level after graduation. The South Florida Strikers is owned and operated by Jose Castanos and Paulo DeSouza. About the Coaching: HEAD COACH Paulo DeSouzaGot his Bachelor degree in Physical Education at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on 1976.Got the highest coaching certification also at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on 1989. Coached at Olaria Athletic Club, a professional team of the first division in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 1987-1989.Acquired the USSF Adult Soccer Coaching License after coming to the United States in 1990 and has coached all levels of males and females soccer players since then.Coaches currently the Junior Varsity girls soccer team and assists with the Varsity one at Miami Beach Senior High.
