About the Team: The Sharks, owned by the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex WISC, made their debut in the WPSL in 2012 and will bring a blend of college, former college and top youth club players from Central Virginia for the 2013 season. The Sharks again will be coached by Kevin Darcy and player assistant coach Kellie Jenkins and will make their home at Williamsburg's Cooley Field, a plush Bermuda grass surface that has played host to local high school games for many years and now is the home of the Sharks. About the Coaching: Darcy has been involved at all levels of the game as a player and coach and brings a wealth of experience to the Sharks WPSL team. Darcy holds his USSF A Licensed and NSCAA Premier Diploma and is a former Coach and GM in the USL pro leagues, PDL division as well as the IPL "Indoor Premiere Leagues". Prior to coaching, Darcy was a professional player in the USISL & USL with the Delaware Wizards, Baltimore Bays, Eastern Shore Sharks and the "A Leagues" Maryland Mania.
