About the Team: Located in the heart of Amish country in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the Lancaster Inferno has earned a place in the middle of the hotly contested East Mid-Atlantic division of the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL). In each of its first three years of existence, the Inferno was a contender in the playoffs. This year''s Inferno squad will strive to get back to the WPSL playoffs, with a goal of competing in the national Final Four.
About the Coaching: Coach Harris is in his sixth year as the head coach of the Lancaster Inferno. In his five years, Harris has led his teams to a combined 30-14-11 record. A former high school and college coach, Harris is a co-founder and current president of the PA Classics AC, a premier soccer club in central PA that is one of two PA clubs currently involved in the USSF Academy program.
Type of Players: Graduating high school seniors, current college players, and post-college graduates.
