About the Team:
The Boston Aztec team is comprised exclusively of players with amateur status. Aztec Soccer is the managing organization of Boston Aztec. Aztec Soccer is a premier soccer development organization with boy's and girl's youth teams from U8-U18. The organization also runs training programs starting as young as 18 months old.
About the Coaching:
HEAD COACH: Dushawne "Doc" Simpson
Coach Simpson has been the Head Coach of the Aztec WPSL team since its inception in 2005. Simpson is also the Girls Technical Director for Aztec Soccer. He was an All-Star player at Southern Connecticut University and Salem St. College before playing professionally in the USL with the NH Phantoms and the A-League's Connecticut Wolves and Boston Bulldogs. He also played with and coached the Boston Aztec PASL indoor team. In the most competitive amateur indoor soccer league in the country, he led the team to three consecutive PASL New England Regional titles and one PASL National Championship.

Played professionally in the UK with Tanmere Rovers FC and Chester City FC prior to coming the the U.S.
Type of Players:
The Boston Aztec team is comprised entirely of amateur players. The roster is comprised of players, in college or just out of college with the desire and drive to excel in their college season and potential play at a higher level after graduation. Top players from across the country and the Boston area are considered.
