Northwood University

·         Head Coach Women's Soccer (2003-2006)

·         Took over a program which and won 12 games in 5 years to a Region XIV Championship in 2003' and 2003' National Tournament participant. 2004' team won the Florida Sun Conference Championship and was a Regional Finalist. 2005' Team was a Regional Semi-finalist and the 2006 team went undefeated, won the Florida Sun Conference Championship, The NAIA Region Championship and was a National Tournament participant winning in the 1^st round. Broke every Northwood Women's Soccer Record including most wins in a season, best record in a season, goals, etc. Never missed the playoffs as a college coach. 2006 team went undefeated with its only loss coming in the national tournament against the national champions.

·         Team was ranked 21^st in the nation. Coached numerous National Team members, All-Americans, All-Region, and All-Conference players and Academic All-Americans.

Palm Beach Atlantic College

§         Head Women's Soccer Coach (1994 – 2001)

Responsibilities include management of 125,000 dollar budget, recruiting, team building, scheduling, travel, recruitment of student/athletes, financial aid, FASFA, NCAA clearinghouse, parental contact, gender equity compliance, staff compliance, admissions process, NAIA rules and regulations, coaching, staff management and development,  etc..

Started PBA from scratch and built the program to National Ranking as high as 6^th, National Tournament participant and Quarter-Finalist, Regional Champions, Conference Champions, Numerous National Team, All-Americans, All-Region, and All-Conference players and Academic All-Americans.

Lake Worth High School            (1992 to 2004)

Coached LWHS boys team for 4 years and girls team for 8 years. The boy's team finished with their best record in the schools history.  Girl's team won the only District Soccer Championship (2003') in the 80 year history of the school.
