About the Team: About the Coaching: Head Coach - Wayne Grocott Wayne begins his first season with the Future and brings with him a significant professional coaching background. He has been a Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) head coach for the past three seasons. He began his WPSL coaching career in 2006 when he was named the Head Coach of the expansion Northampton Laurels. During the Laurels inaugural season, he guided the franchise to a second place finish in the Southern Division of the Eastern Conference and a berth in the WPSL playoffs. In 2007, Wayne moved over to direct the Philadelphia Liberty to a 3rd-place finish in the WPSL's Eastern Conference - Mid-Atlantic Division. 2008 finds Wayne taking over the reigns at the CDSA Future. Prior to joining the Future, Wayne served as the Head Coach of the Ocean City Barons team (USL/PDL) in 2005 - moving over from their women's side, the South Jersey Banshees. Wayne directed the Banshees, in their inaugural season of 2001, to a second-place finish and berth in the conference finals. From there, Wayne moved to the Cape Code Crusaders (USL/PDL) for a successful 2002 season before returning to the Barons/Banshees in 2003. While with the Barons/Banshees, Wayne also directed teams in their youth academy. Wayne has extensive coaching experience in the UK. Wayne has coached for the professional team Barnet FC of the English Soccer League Division 2 for their Football in the Community Scheme and also for Norwich City FC of the English Championship League in their School of Excellence. During his playing career - which lasted 14 years - Wayne trained with Brentford FC (currently Division 2 in the English League) and with Cambridge United FC (currently Blue Square Premier division of the Football Conference). Wayne holds a UEFA "B" Coaching License, a USSF "B" Coaching License, and an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma. He will be taking his USSF "A" License in 2009. Assistant Coach - Fabian Vega Fabian Vega has been involved in the game of soccer for 26 years as player and coach. He was born in Peru and came to the US when he was 4. He was raised in Fairfax Va. Fabian Vega has been the head coach and trainer of the U15 Pittsgrove Pride/U16 Pittsgrove Premier Titans since December of 2007. He has extensive experience as a player and coach on both the youth and professional levels. In Peru, he played for their first division teams of Sport Boys and Deportivo Municipal,as well as, trained and was part of the youth and Men's national team. He also played for the Dragon's in the first division in El Salvador before moving to the professional ranks in the United States. While here in the U.S., he played for several teams in the A league ( Long Island Rough Riders, Minnesota Thunder, Maryland Mania) and also trained with D.C. United As a coach, he has worked with many different premier clubs and soccer schools (MLU, RFC, TFA, Phoenix Soccer Club with the great Hank Leung). He has coached many teams in the South Jersey area that were ranked nationally and went on to win many state and regional championships. Also he coached a team to a National Championship where they placed 3rd. His teams have won many of the premier tournaments (Jeff Cup, WAGS, FC Delco, Disney etc.) He has taken home 4 State Cup Championships and has many girls/boys in Division 1 Colleges. He also worked with NJ Youth Soccer ODP program as evaluator and served as the 2000 U-14 ODP Boys Head Coach. Now Fabian is a part of Team Dynamics! Along with his head coaching position with the Pittsgrove Pride/ Pittsgrove Premier Titans, Fabian was recently chosen to be the Assistant Coach of the CDSA Future, in the Women's Professional Soccer League. He has also taken on the role of Director of Coaching for the girls side of the YPSL. Fabian has his USSF, KNVB, Brasilian B License.

Type of Players: Like most WPSL teams, the CDSA Future are looking for top level high school,club and college players as well as post collegiate players who are looking to reclaim their competitive form.
